Grassroots Program

 At Hoop Skool our goal is to develop a program, not not a group of teams, that produces basketball players that are fundamentally sound, knowledgeable about the game of basketball, play hard all-day, every-day and most importantly are respectful, courteous and positive role models in their community.

Our players learn to play as a team,  defend, develop skill sets and see the game from all vantage points. They will learn how to make each other better, put teammates in positions to be successful and support each other.

We do not subscribe to the ideology of adding and subtracting players every tournament so that we can win.  You make the team, you are a ShoreShot for life. We develop players so that they can become the best player they can be. That happens through true instruction and playing.

Our coaching staff has a wealth of experience , are vested in helping young people be successful, are positive role models and mentors and truly care about kids.
